Friends you will find on the farm

Welcome to our farm. Our animals are like extended family, each with different personalities and all have character. Our Nigerian goat boys are full of energy and always happy for a scratch and treat. The 2 old horses always napping or waiting on chin tickles. Each chicken has a name, and yes they would love a tasty treat too. The butterfly barn is seasonally filled and also has budgies and cockatiels to visit.

 

We have a few simple rules

Ask the owner if you can go and visit the goats, over the fence is ok, but if you want to enter the field, then ask.

The goat stuff, is for goats only, so no climbing on their play things. They jump, eat, and head butt everything, so be prepared. Your clean clothes will not stay that way long.

Horses are over the fence only. We don't want any accidents.

 

No outside food for the animals or birds. Keep food and drinks down in the picnic area. Take home your trash.

 

Animal areas, require some child control, animals don't like to be chased or overly handled. Birds are not squeezy toys and require gentle hands.

​

This is also our home, be respectful of our space, do not trespass or enter private areas. We do have cameras, these are to keep our animals and our property safe.

​

We are a dog friendly farm, but your pet must remain on the leash at all times and may not enter the animal or bird areas.  Clean up after your pet, those surprises are not nice for others. 

​
